The skin on the neck is the part of the body that is often exposed to the sun, but is quite thin compared to other areas of the body. To take care of your neck skin and limit the signs of aging, you can take the following measures.
1. Use a neck mask
Currently, companies produce masks containing active ingredients that help slow down the aging process of the neck skin. Besides, you can also make masks at home by taking advantage of ingredients available in the kitchen. Making your own face mask can take quite a bit of time, but it is very effective and ensures you can do it for a long time.
You can make one of two types of neck masks:
Mix 3 tablespoons of sodium tetraborate, 2 tablespoons of glycerin, and 2 cups of rose water. Use a cotton ball to soak the skin care mixture on the grass area and leave it overnight.
Mix 2 mashed boiled potatoes, 1 egg yolk, 1 tablespoon honey and 1 tablespoon vegetable oil. Apply the mixture to a soft cloth wrapped around the neck for 30 minutes, then remove and wash the skin of the neck with warm water.
2. Use skin care products

4. Neck exercises

Sit with your back straight, look forward and rotate your neck clockwise 5 times. Then change the direction of the neck rotation in the opposite direction.
Sit up straight and shake your head left and right, repeating 5 times on each side.
Sit up straight, then tilt your head to one shoulder. Note: the shoulders stay in the original position. Hold for a moment and then lean to the other side.
You should do these exercises at least once a day.
5. Moisturize neck skin
Wrinkles in the neck appear not only due to UV rays, but also because the skin lacks moisture and loses elasticity. You can fix chapped neck skin by using a cream or moisturizer in the morning as well as at night before going to bed.
6. Neck massage
Some vegetable oils such as coconut oil or olive oil have been shown to effectively reduce neck wrinkles. The essences in these oils penetrate the skin and promote rapid epidermal repair. Every day, you should massage the neck skin with essential oils, tilt your neck and start from one side of the neck, use your hands to rub it from the chin to the neck, and then do the same for the other side.

If you’re using a mild cleanser, you can do it a few times a week, but a deep clean cream should only be used once every two weeks.
