Super simple eye relaxation exercises.

 

     In addition to supplementing with essential nutrients for the eyes or taking supplements, applying eye relaxation exercises is a way for you to protect the “window to the soul”.

It takes you less than 15 minutes a day to do the following eye relaxation exercises.

Exercise 1: Close your eyes

Put your elbows on the table, close your eyes and cover your eyes with your hands, relax and look into the darkness. Hold this movement for a few minutes. Do this eye protection exercise regularly for healthy bright eyes.

Exercise 2: Move your eyes to the sides

You can stand or sit up straight. Start looking straight ahead. Then look to the left, keeping your head still. Try to focus on what you see. Then move your pupil to the right, once again focusing on what you’re seeing. Move the human from side to side for 3 turns, 5 times each.

Exercise 3: Look up, look down

Sit up straight and look ahead. Then focus on what you see. Next look up and down 5 times. Repeat 3 times.

Exercise 4: Move your eyes diagonally

Start looking straight ahead. Then look down to the left. Next move your eyes diagonally and look up to the right side. Focus on what you see. Repeat the exercise 5 times, then look straight ahead and do the same cycle in the other direction. Repeat this entire cycle 3 times.

Exercise 5: Rotate your eyes in circles

Sit up straight and relax. Look to the left and slowly move your eyes in a clockwise circle. Do this exercise clockwise 5 times and then counterclockwise 5 times. Repeat the entire cycle three times.

Exercise 6: Focus on a point near and a point far away

Focus your eyes on a pencil or any nearby object about 20-30 cm away from your eyes. Then look at something in the distance, focusing on every detail. Next look at the pencil again. Change your focus five times. Repeat this exercise three times.

Exercise 7: Look at the point between the eyebrows

Sit up straight and look straight ahead. Then, stare at the point between the eyebrows. Focus for a few seconds. Next, you look back. Finally, focus on the center of the eyebrows again. Change this focus five times. Repeat this cycle three times.

Exercise 8: Eyes looking towards the nose

Sit up straight and look straight ahead. Focus on staring at your nose for a few seconds. Then look back. Change this focus five times. Repeat the entire cycle three times.

Exercise 9: Close your eyes and relax

Close your eyes for 2-3 seconds while relaxing the muscles around your eyes. Repeat this movement 10 times.

Exercise 10: Massage for the eyes

Close your eyes. Gently rub your eyelids with both hands using circular movements combined with gentle pressing around the eyes. Do not press too hard to avoid eye damage. Perform a clockwise circular motion 10 times, then counterclockwise.
